Refund and Cancellation policy


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the refund will be credited to original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report to our customer service team. The request would be entertained once the seller/ merchant listed on the Platform, has checked and determined the same at its own end. This should be reported within the Number 3 days of receipt of products.  In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations,  you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within a Number 3 days of receiving the product.  The customer service team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

in case of complaints regarding the products that come with a warranty from the manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.

In case of any refunds approved by MS ENTERPRISES, it will take a Number 7-10 days for the refund to be credited to you.

 

Return Policy

We have a 2 day return/exchange policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange. Once the return/exchange is approved it will be delivered in 7-10 business days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
